Mike Bentley has over 30 years of experience providing audit and business advisory services to EY's clients and has been a partner for 19 years. He has held a variety of coordinating partner, leadership, technical, and other roles within the firm in the United States, Germany, Central and Eastern Europe, and the United Kingdom and previously led the Pacific Northwest Assurance Practice. Bentley has assisted his clients with IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other issues facing companies in a variety of industries with a primary focus on manufacturing and technology companies. He also has substantial experience in international accounting (US GAAP and IFRS) and business issues and has been involved in major transactions in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Central Europe, Russia, and Taiwan.
