Janine Terrano is CEO of Topia Technology. She has extensive business leadership expertise and experience building companies in the technology sector. She founded Business Internet Services in 1996 and grew the organization to serve the web application development needs of large commercial and government clients. In 1999, Terrano launched Topia Technology Inc., which uses patented solutions to securely manage the movement of data between disparate platforms, components, and devices, allowing commercial and government clients to connect new technologies to complex legacy systems. She currently serves on the boards of MultiCare Health Systems, Columbia Banking Systems, Geneva Foundation, and Tacoma Art Museum. Terrano is a TEDx speaker and was the recipient of the 2013 University of Washington Tacoma Small Business Leader award.
Steve Williams is a founder of Cornerstone Advisors and leads the firm’s Strategic Planning practice. His prior experience includes being a banker with Chase, finance wonk at Arthur Anderson & Co., director of a publicly traded bank, and managing director with M One. Cited often in the press and a regular contributor to GonzoBanker, Williams is a nationally sought-after speaker and facilitator by industry organizations including ABA, BAI, CUES, CUNA, American Banker, and Bank Director.
Brian Vance has been a leader at Heritage Bank and Heritage Financial Corporation for 22 years, culminating in his current position of chief executive officer of the latter. He has made an impact on the organization throughout years of service encompassing the roles of president, chief operating officer, executive vice president, and chief credit officer. Vance joined the Heritage team with over 24 years of experience at West One Bank. He is a director of the Pacific Bankers Management Institute and a member of the Finance Committee of the Community Foundation of South Puget Sound, and he has held past service and board positions on many other community organizations. Vance also serves on the Western Bankers Association Board.
