SEATTLE, WA (May 28, 2019) — The Northwest Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), the advocate for the profession of directorship, today announced the election of Stephen Babson, director, Columbia Sportswear Company; Cheryl Larabee, director, ZAGG Inc.; Mark Finkelstein, director, Columbia Banking System Inc.; and Paul Street, director, Idaho Pacific Lumber Company.
“Stephen, Cheryl, Mark, and Paul are outstanding additions to the chapter board. They are experienced board members and seasoned business executives who will contribute significantly to our mission of providing directors in the Northwest with quality educational and knowledge-sharing events in Seattle, Portland, and Boise,” said Bob Carlile, NACD Northwest chairman.
Babson currently serves on the board of Columbia Sportswear Company and chairs the Compensation Committee. He serves on a number of boards of privately held companies, such as ESCO Corp., Genesis Financial Solutions Inc., Good Food Holdings LLC, Zoom Management, Inc., and Pendleton Woolen Mills. Larabee currently serves as chair of the board of ZAGG Inc. and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. She also serves on the board of Norco Inc. Finkelstein is currently on the Board of Directors of Columbia Banking System, Inc., where he is a member of the Compensation, Corporate Governance and Nominating, and M&A Committees. He is also a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee of the Board of Trustees of Seattle Children’s Hospital. Street currently serves on the Board of Directors of Idaho Pacific Lumber Company and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the College of Idaho.
