Evaluating succession candidates for crucial capabilities such as hard-wired traits and motivation that align with the job is very challenging. George has been a director of several other publicly held companies, including The Dial Corporation, US West Inc. and Qwest Communications International Inc. Currently serves on the board of the Discovery Center of Idaho.
